PRODUCT OVERVIEW

The "OHQ" series electric actuators are used to control electric valves and other similar products with a rotation angle of 0° to 270°, such as electric butterfly valves, electric ball valves, dampers, baffle valves, plug valves, louvre valves, etc. They are widely applied in various industries including petroleum, chemical engineering, water treatment, shipbuilding, papermaking, power stations, heating, building automation, light industry, etc.

Powered by an AC380V/220V/110V AC power supply and controlled by a 4 - 20mA current signal or a 0 - 10V DC voltage signal, the electric actuator drives the electric valve to move to the desired position, achieving automated control. The output torque can reach up to 6000N?M.

Performance Features

1. Housing
The housing is made of hard aluminum alloy, treated with anodizing and coated with polyester powder. It features strong corrosion resistance, with a protection level of IP67, NEMA4 and 6. IP68 and explosion-proof models are also available for selection.
2. Motor
A fully enclosed squirrel-cage motor is adopted, which is characterized by small size, large torque, and low inertia. The motor insulation class is H, and it is equipped with an overheat protection switch to prevent motor damage caused by overheating.
3. Manual Structure
The design of the handwheel ensures labor-saving and a compact size. When the power is off, pulling the clutch handle allows for manual operation. When the power is on, the clutch automatically resets. (Note: In the absence of power, the electric actuator will remain in the manual state.)
4. Indicator
The indicator is installed on the central shaft to observe the valve position. The mirror surface is designed as a convex lens, which is free from water Accumulation and makes observation more convenient.
5. Dryer
It is used to control the temperature, preventing moisture condensation inside the actuator due to temperature and weather changes, and keeping the internal electrical components dry.
6. Limit Switch

7. Torque Switch
It can provide overload protection (except for OHQ - 005/008/010). When the valve is stuck or there are foreign objects, it automatically disconnects the motor power supply to protect the valve and the electric actuator from damage. (The setting has been pre-adjusted before leaving the factory. Please do not change the setting randomly.)
8. Self-locking
The precision double worm gear and worm mechanism can transmit large torque, with high efficiency (<50 decibels), long service life, and self-locking function to prevent reverse rotation. The transmission part is stable and reliable and does not require additional lubrication.
9. Anti-off Bolts
When the housing is removed, the bolts remain attached to the housing and will not fall off. All external screws are made of 304 stainless steel.
10. Installation
The bottom installation dimensions comply with the ISO5211 standard. The drive shaft sleeve can be disassembled and processed as required, providing strong adaptability. It can be installed vertically or horizontally.
11. Circuit
